u shouldn't wear a pad with a bathing suit, thats not gonna do anything to protect your bathing suit to have blood stains. i suggest a tampon
|

I don't have much trouble with cramps, although I do get them. My least favorite part of having a period is the mass amount of blood and having to change it all the time.

. and i don't like tamps, so i just put on a black bathing sut and when i got out of the water ran to change and put on a new pad. it all worked out but, i was afraid i would bleed every were.
