Acne is a result of hormonal changes during puberty and usually right before your period, which increase your skin's output of oil and is minimally related to the foods that you eat... Try gently washing your face gently with antibacterial soap?

I suggest that you do not shave the hair as it will look worse growing in. Use facial hair bleach and make the hair lighter. It will be much less noticeable. That's a better solution.
